Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payments are processed by Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then. We do not prorate refunds for partial billing periods on monthly subscriptions.
If a payment fails, we will retry it up to 3 times over 7 days. After 3 failed attempts, your account will be downgraded to free access until payment is resolved. No data is deleted during this period.

All original content on Vice Vault — including guide text, article structures, original research, website design, and branding — is owned by Vice Vault and protected by applicable copyright law.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and read our content for your own personal use. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, or commercial use.
Game titles, character names, and other intellectual property referenced on this site (including "GTA 6," "Grand Theft Auto," and "Vice City") are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use on Vice Vault is purely referential and descriptive, consistent with nominative fair use.

Access to the Vice Vault Discord server is provided as part of Vault Pro and Elite Crew subscriptions. Discord access is subject to the Discord Terms of Service (discord.com/terms) in addition to Vice Vault's own server rules (posted in #rules).
We reserve the right to remove any member from the Discord server for violation of server rules, regardless of their subscription status. Removal from Discord does not entitle you to a refund.
Vice Vault provides the Service on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is capped at the total amount you paid to Vice Vault in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for: indirect or consequential losses; loss of in-game progress, virtual currency, or items; losses arising from relying on inaccurate guide content; or losses caused by Razorpay, Discord, Cloudflare, or other third-party services.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@vicevault.linkwa.in. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as stated in Section 3.4.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
